**Objects:** (I)  TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION AS DEFINED IN THE SCRIPTURES, THE 39 ARTICLES AND THE HISTORICAL CREEDS.(II)  TO PURCHASE, REPAIR, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE ACCOMMODATION FOR A PERSON ENGAGED IN THE WORK OF THE CHRIST CHURCH, GRIMSHAW PARK ('THE CHURCH') IN THE DIOCESE OF BLACKBURN AND FOR HIS OR HER FAMILY.(III)  FOR THE PURPOSE OF TEACHING THE CHRISTIAN GOSPEL, ORGANISE MEETINGS CONFERENCES AND EXHIBITIONS AND PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR CHURCHES AND/OR GROUPS IN EVANGELISM AS WELL AS YOUTH GROUPS, PARENT AND TODDLER GROUPS, CATERING AND FUND RAISING AND OTHER CHARITABLE CLUBS OR GROUPS.

**Activities:** 1.   The advancement of the Christian religion as defined in the Scriptures;2.   The purchase, repair and maintenance of accommodation for a person engaged in the work of Christ Church, Blackburn and his or her family;3.   To enable that person to work in supporting the church's ministry to children and young people, parent and toddler groups and the general public and elderly groups.
