**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

Grant of £12000 to Community Action Nepal. Grant of £44500 to El Rio Foundation Co in Santa Marta, Colombia We received donations of £18280 from other charities; £4207 in small donations via Just Giving and £430 directly from the sale of tea towels etc. The Just Giving total includes an element where donors had Gift Aided their contribution.

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act).
