The Gan8aben Desai Family ChArity Trust holds beneficial ownership of 388 Stratford Road propety.
Mr l R Desai (the legal owner of th¢ property) received the rental income. Therefore. to reflect the
Trusts beneficial entitlement to this income, it has been agreed with Mr l R Desai that the totsl rental
income is to be transferred to the Trnst in two installments, the first being £152,088 disc105ed in last
year's 8et of ￿COllnts and £247225 this year bring matters up to dat¢ to the tsx y¢or 21r22.
