TIBET WATCH CONTINUES TO RESEARCH AND PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE, UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION ON THE SITUATION IN TIBET AS THE BASIS FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION AND RIGHTS-BASED ADVOCACY ON BEHALF OF THE TIBETAN PEOPLE.
Objects: To Promote The Human Rights (As Set Out In The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights ('Udhr') And Subsequent United Nations Conventions And Declarations And In Regional Codes Of Human Rights Which Incorporate The Rights Contained In The Udhr And Those Subsequent Conventions And Declarations) Of The Tibetan People By All Or Any Of The Following Means:a Monitoring Abuses Of Tibetan Peoples' Human Rights;b Research Into Human Rights Issues Affecting The Tibetan People;c Educating The Public About The Human Rights Of Tibetan People;d Providing Technical Advice To Governments And Others On Human Rights Matters Relating To The Tibetan People;e Raising Awareness Of Human Rights Issues Affecting The Tibetan People;f Promoting Public Support For The Human Rights Of Tibetan People;g Promoting Respect For Human Rights Of Tibetan People Among Individuals And Corporations; Andh International Advocacy Of Human Rights For The Tibetan People.
