INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 APRIL 2024
I rcport to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (the Trust) for the
year ended 30 April 2024, which are set out on pagyes 110 3.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of ihe Charities Act 2011 ('Yhe Acl"). I'he charity's Irustees
consider thal an audit is noi required for this year under section 144 of the Act and that an
independent examinaiion is needed.
I report in respect of my exatnination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by
the Charity Commission under section 145(5}(b) of the Act.
Basis of independent examiner's report
My cxaminatioft was carried out in aL¢ordan¢¢ wilh gF¢n¢ral Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the ac¢ountingy records kept by the Charity and a
comparison of the aLLounts presented with those records, Lt also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning
any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required
in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'Yrue and
fair" view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Independent examiner's ststemenl
I have completed my examination. I confirni that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in. any material respect:
the aLcounlin¥ records were not kept in accordance with Section 130 of the Act or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting7 records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
