The Trustees submit their report and financial statements for the year ended 01 June 2024.
## **Constitution**
The Trust is an unincorporated association governed by written Trust Deed dated 10 January 2005 and is registered with Charity Commission - No. 1114048.
## **Object of the Charity**
The objects of the Charity are:
- a) to advance the Christian faith in accordance with the holy bible
- b) to relieve persons in conditions of hardship
c) to fulfil such other purposes as are exclusively charitable in accordance with the laws of England
and Wales and are connected with the charitable work of the Trust.
## **Review of Business**
The charity' result for the year are dealt with in detail in the financial statements attached.
## **Organisation**
The Trustees who have served during the year and since the year-end are set out on page 1.
## **Results**
The statement of financial activities is set out of page 5.
## **Reserves Policy**
The Trustees have established a policy of holding reserves sufficient to enable the charity to continue in the event of unforeseen expenditure.

## **Fund Raising Activities**
The main fund raising activity has been the general donations. The donations for the year ended 01 June 2024 amounted to
## **Risk Management**
Identified risks are the loss of a religious leader or leaders, which would cause some short term deterioration in the quality of services provided. However, the trustees feel that this 'would not' impact on the community in the long term and that adequate provision has been made to settle its current commitments and obligations. The Charity confirms that systems have been established to enable regular reports to be produced so that the necessary steps can be taken to lessen these risks.

## **Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of The Kingdom of Jesus Christ**
We report on the accounts of The Charity for the year ended 1 June 2024, which are set out on pages 5 to 9.
## **Respective Responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner**
The Charity's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charity's Trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is our responsibility to:
- examine the accounts (under section 145 of the Charities Act);
- follow the procedure laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners (under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act; and
- state whether particular matters have come to our attention.
## **Basis of Independent Examiner's Statement**
Our examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair' view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
## **Independent Examiner's Statement**
In connection with our examination, no matter has come to our attention which gives us reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements
- to keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; and
- to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act have not been met.

## **1 Accounting Policies**
## a) **Accounting Convention**
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. In preparing the financial statements, the Charity follows best practice as laid down in the Statement of Recommended Practice "Accounting and Reporting by Charities", (FRS 102 SORP), applicable as from 1 January 2017.

All the donation income is recognised as receipt basis.
