**Objects:** (A)  TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE HE EDUCATION IN MEDICINE OR NURSING OF; (I)  NURSES WHO HAVE UNDERTAKEN THEIR GENERAL NURSING TRAINING IN OXFORD OR WHO HAVE OBTAINED DEGREES OR DIPLOMAS IN NURSING OR MIDWIFERY AT OXFORD BROOKES UNIVERSITY IN OXFORD;(II)  PERSONS WHO ARE AT ANY TIME UNDERTAKING GENERAL NURSING EDUCATION AT THE OXFORD RADCLIFFE HOSPITALS NHS TRUST OR STUDYING FOR A DEGREE OR DIPLOMA IN NURSING OR MIDWIFERY AT OXFORD BROOKES UNIVERSITY AFORESAID(BOTH SUCH CATEGORIES OF PERSONS BEING HEREAFTER COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "QUALIFYING BENEFICIARIES"); AND (B)  TO RELIEVE ANY SUCH QUALIFYING BENEFICIARY WHO IS IN FINANCIAL NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS, OR WHO IS SICK, DISABLED, IMPOTENT OR INFIRM OR WHO IS IN NEED BECAUSE OF OLD AGE BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
