In line with our governing documents registered wih the Charity Commisslon, Betel Church {furth8r
referred to as APC or Anchor Point Church. a working name for Betel Church) aims lo meet the
followng objectives and purposes..
Advar￿ement of Chrlstlan Falth.. preaching and proclamation of the Gospel and teaching
of Christian doctrlne and principles. Printing and distributing cf the Bible and other
Christian literature. also utillsing vldeo, audio. electronic or other media where avallable.
PastOTal care of Chrlstlan people. The relref of persons who are in conditions of need,
hardship, or distress. aged or sick.
We endeavour lo meet these objectives as a local communlty church based in Aston, Birmingham,
which is open lo all who wish lo attend, by providing access lo Chrlsti8n worshlp seNices on a regular
weekly basls where Christian teaohing and pastoral care is offered. We offer addllional services for
children. famllles and youlh through the church, including access lo chlld and toddler groups,
supporting parents. offering free meal8. and through outreach lo the l¢xal community, P8rti¢ulady
those affected by addkllon or substsnce misuse. We also host regular conferences to benefit local
churches, groups and buslnesses.
As a result of these activities we have welcorned a number of new visilors and families into our church
congregation. and are confident that APC offers a welcome. beneficial environment that is fully in line
with our prlnclples and objectives as staled above. We have also established and extended numerous
relatlonshlps ￿th other local churches and ministries in our area. working together In various projects
to promote unlty In our communities, arKI working for the benefit of all people in our lo¢al area.
