**Objects:** TO FUND SCHOLARSHIPS, PROVIDE FINANCIAL HELP AND GENERALLY ADVANCE MUSICAL EDUCATION FOR MUSICAL STUDENTS WHO LIVE WITHIN A 100 MILE RADIUS OF ABERGAVENNY TOWN HALL, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) THE PROVISION OF INSTRUMENTAL AND GENERAL LESSONS, THE LOAN AND/OR PROVISION OF INSTRUMENTS TO YOUNG MUSICIANS, THE PROVISION OF FUNDING FOR VISITS TO THEATRES, CONCERTS, MASTER CLASSES AND OTHER MUSICAL EVENTS, THE PROVISION OF FUNDING TO STAGE MUSICAL EVENTS AND THE PROVISION OF SHEET MUSIC, BOOKS AND OTHER MUSICAL AIDS
