B) TO APPLY SUCH PART OF THE INCOME RAISED BY SUCH PUBLIC PERFORMANCE S FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMPANY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
