Having a family where the oppressed, the hurting, the depressed, the frustrated, the emotionally wounded, the confused and the lost can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance and encouragement. This includes concerts and fund raising events. They are responsible for publicising and advertising events. ## **Pastoral Group** Promotes pastoral support and care to those in need, this will include the sick, those who are absent from church, the frail, the vulnerable, the bereaved, those who need transport to church. The group looks towards the pastoral needs of the church members of Restorer Christian Centre. ## **Sisters Speaks** Sisters Speaks is an Women Christian Group whose aims are to promote and support women issues’ of life, parenting and the development of Christian faith; therefore promoting conditions in society favourable to stable life. Our local group seeks to actively promote the aims and objective of women in our community. ## **Church Attendance** In 2021 there were 37 adults on the Church membership, 15 of whom were resident in the parish and 22 non-residents. There are average of 18 children for children church. The average weekly attendance of the Restorer Christian Centre, West Bromwich Community Centre, Gayton Road, West Bromwich, B71 1QS Tel 0121 588 6300 Email: restorercentre@gmail.com Website: www.restorerchristiancentre.org Charity Number 1113914 **Member of** regular Sunday Services of 11.00am, counted during March 2021 to February 2022 and excluding new member was 3 adults. ## **Occasional Offices** During 2021 there were 1 weddings, 3 baptisms, 3 baby blessings. There were 8 funerals. These figures show a decrease in baby blessings and weddings. ## **Services** Sunday worship has continued throughout the year with a dedicated ministry team, loyal church members and some visitors. Overall the numbers attending the regular Sunday Services have remained steady. Once a year we have a empowerment Conference and 4 leadership training days is a time when families are invited for fellowship and gives church members the opportunity to meet the families. It is well supported by church members and we continue to use this service to promote growth of young families in the church in collaboration with Praise and worship. In 2021 we had a family fun day, this was to help with mantel stress. We had to create a place for young families to change and feed their babies while still being a part of the serves. Beverley Ffrench and Laura Johnson continue to serve diligently as Foundation Governors. ## **Outreach** The church continues to offer many opportunities for people to come along apart from services. The weekly prayer groups and counseling continues to be popular and gives a wonderful opportunity to invite those who are bereaved into church as well as providing an excellent social space for the whole community. ## **The Churches Together** As part of Restorer group we were encouraged to join Sandwell and West Bromwich church together to promote the good news and our community. ## **Music** In the early part of the year we did not have a drummer, but Evan Ffrench continued to play in the services, with Laura Johnson working hard to keep our worship team going. The hope is for a long-term good effect on music in Church. ## **Out Reach Group** The Out Reach Group have not been active due to the pandemic, we're open to go out to the community during the year of 2022 to 2023 as long as the COVID-19 is under control. ## **Financial Report** Total receipts of funds were £56,418 and are detailed in the Church Accounts Report.
