Having a family where the oppressed, the hurting, the depressed, the frustrated, the emotionally wounded, the confused and the lost can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance and encouragement. By have a caring family who will unite God's people by working together, starting with that which is common among us the, gospel of Jesus Christ. Where lives are restored for the better ## **Ministry Team** Has oversight of the spiritual wellbeing and spiritual development of the Church and to organize and promote worship, prayer groups and study groups. Elder Beverley Thompson: chair Elder Beverley Ffrench (Assistant Pastor) Elder Andre Johnson ## **Missions Group** Is the hands and voice of the church in matters of charitable giving and raising awareness of the needs of the wider world locally, nationally and globally. ## **Outreach Group** Has responsibility for promotion of the church and for events other than worship and services. This includes concerts and fund raising events. They are responsible for publicizing and advertising events. ## **Reach-out** Has the responsibility for humanitarian. Where lives are restored for the better ## **Pastoral Group** Promotes pastoral support and care to those in need, this will include the sick, those who are absent from church, the frail, the vulnerable, the bereaved, those who need transport to church. The group looks towards the pastoral needs of the church members of Restorer Christian Centre. ## **Sisters Speaks** Sisters Speaks is a Women’s Christian Group whose aims are to promote and support womens issues’ of life, parenting and the development of Christian faith; therefore promoting conditions in society favorable to stable life. Our local group seeks to actively promote the aims and objective of women in our community. ## **Church Attendance** In 2020 to 2021 there were 36 Adults and 15 children as Church membership. The average weekly attendance of the regular Sunday Services of 11am, during March 2020 to October 2020 church was on zoom and other activities was close from face to face. Church reopen October 2020 to February 2021 ## **Occasional Offices** During 2020 to 2021 there were 0 weddings, 2 baptisms, 0 baby blessings. There were 21 funerals. These figures show a increase in funerals. Where lives are restored for the better ## **Services** Sunday worship has continued throughout the year, live and on zoom, with a dedicated ministry team, loyal church members and some visitors. Overall, the numbers attending the regular Sunday Services have remained steady. 2021 there was no empowerment Conference or leadership training days. ## **Ministry to children** The work with young people continued to flourish in 2020 to 2021when posable, with a dedicated team of children’s workers providing support for young people teaching them every Sunday. We had to create a place for young families to change. ## **Outreach** The Outreach Group is lead my Ministers Garfield and Jacky Spencer, the church continues to offer many opportunities for us to meet people out side the church settings. The weekly prayer groups and counseling continues to be popular and gives a wonderful opportunity to invite those who are bereaved into church as well as providing an excellent social space for the whole community. Where lives are restored for the better As part of Restorer group we were encouraged to join LWC for the week of Prayer for Christian Unity and for Pentecost. ## **Music** Having no drummer, but Evan Ffrench continued to play in the services and use drum app, with Laura Johnson working hard to keep our worship team going. We are working on developing music in the church by developing the children. The hope is for a longterm good effect on music in Church. ## **Reach Out Group** The Reach Out Group This team reach out to the less advantage those who are homeless and in need, which involved feeding and clothing those who sleep on the streets. In 2020 to 2021 we saw an increase in counseling by 70% ## **Financial Report** Total receipts of funds were £49,979 and are detailed in the Church Accounts Report.
