**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME AND MAY, AT THEIR DISCRETION, APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE CAPITAL OF ANY MONIES RAISED TO FURTHER SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE IN IMPOVERISHED AREAS OF INDIA ('THE AREA OF BENEFIT') AS THE TRUSTEE SEE FIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY SUPPORTING PROJECTS THAT ADVANCE EDUCATION, PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND THOSE UNDERTAKEN IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THOSE IN SUCH AREAS.
