**Objects:** TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITY PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF REFUGEES WOMEN FROM THE BLACK AND ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITIES WITH AFRICAN BACKGROUND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:1) EMPOWERING SINGLE MOTHER AND WOMEN ON: DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, ABUSE, RELATIONSHIPS, PROBLEMS OR WORRIES REGARDING CHILDREN, HOUSING , WELFARE, AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT.2) RELIEVING THE HARDSHIP, STRESS, AND DEPRESSION SUFFER BY DISADVANTAGES WOMEN EXCLUDED FROM THE MAINSTREAM ACTIVITIES.
