**Activities:** Supporting the Chiapas Rural Development Centre, Mexico which works amongst the Mayan Tzeltal people.  It focuses on community projects crop demonstration and sustainable techniques for  semi-subsistence agriculture.  Main crops are maize, beans, vegetables and coffee and greenhouse culture.  Acts as field-day centre for local agricultural schools and a Retreat Centre for interested groups.  Co
