TO USE ANY SURPLUS CAPITAL DEEMED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR THE PROVISION OF CHILDCARE, EDUCATION AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT IN THE PLYMSTOCK AREA IN THE FORM OF GRANTS AT THE TRUSTEES DISCRETION.
