The Trust consists of 5 Trustees who meet twice a year to consider applications from Organisations primarily from within the Community Council areas of Blaenrheidol and Pontarfynach. Funds are received annually in June from the Windfarm owners Nadara

There are 5 trustees one from each of the two Community Councils, another two representatives from the community area and a trustee from the Windfarm owners.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination. I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
