## **Independent examiner’s report to the trustees of Friends of Gillespie**

I report to the trustees on my examinaon of the accounts of Friends of Gillespie (FoG) for the financial year 2024-25 (1 September 2024-31 August 2025).

## **Responsibilies and basis of report**

As the charity trustees of FOG you are responsible for the preparaon of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charies Act 2011 (‘the Act’).

I report in respect of my examinaon of FoG’s accounts carried out under secon 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examinaon I have followed all the applicable Direcons given by the Charity Commission under secon 145(5)(b) of the Act.

## **Independent examiner’s statement**

connecon with the examinaon giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

1. accounng records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by secon 130 of the Act; or

2. the accounts do not accord with those records.

I have no concerns and have come across no other maers in connecon with the examinaon to which aenon should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

Signed:
