Objects: The Council Shall For Ever Hereafter Hold The Oakwell Hall Estate Upon Trust To Maintain Preserve And Keep The Same In The Same Manner As If The District Council Were An Authority Within He Provisions Of The Ancient Monuments Consolidation And Amendment Act 1913 And As If Oakwell Hall Were An Ancient Monument Of Which The District Council Had Been Constituted Guardians Within The Meaning Of That Act, But So That If There Shall Be Any Difference Between The Provisions Of These Presents And The Provisions Of The Said Act The Provisions Of These Presents Shall Prevail.
