**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF UNWANTED LOST OR STRAYED CATS IN THE SOUTH DEVON AREA IN PARTICULAR OR FROM ANY OTHER AREA THE OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY SHELTER, VETERINARY TREATMENT AND WHEREVER POSSIBLE THE FINDING OF PERMANENT HOMES FOR THESE ANIMALS.

**Activities:** Taking in and rehoming cats from broken homes, various family problems, the elderly going into homes, and can not take their cats. Occasionally some strays. Pre-home and post-home checks are carried out.
