**Objects:** (A) TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.(B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE PERSONS IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH CARE, EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.

**Activities:** We provide after-school and school-holiday care to children between the age of 3 and 11 in Tideswell and surrounding villages.We operate the activities in a safe environment, activities include creative arts and design, modelling and craftwork, outdoor games, cooking, indoor sports, reading and quiet areas.  Video, DVD's and computer activities are also available.We also run trips
