British Wheelchair Basketball Wornen's Premier League is the first of its kind for women's wheelchair basketball
in the world. and the very fitst pn)fessionai para-s]x)rt l<ogue in the UK. The PUTP>S¢ tsf the l¢ague is to dekelop
and nurture GB F¢tnal¢ w"h¢¢lchair baskctball talent and develop future elite athletes aiming to represent GB in
Paralympic5. PTS'S firLancia] support is to aid the team via helpKng with trawrt costs.
Lily Mslls who i5 a GB Tennis player was sel¢cied in Spe¢ixl Olympi¢s foT 'Au5trdlian Open Persons with
Intellcctual ITnpairmtht Championships.. The funding for Lilly covered parts of her cx)sts attendin8 the games.

The chgrity once again initiated ￿lack Friday Sale, where the charity tried to sell some of the remaining auction
items from the Gala. online to the Charity contacts and guests who attended the ¢vening in NO￿¢Mber.
In 2023, the Charity ¢olle¢ted a ￿tal of £154,194 vtsluntary donatioTb5 and fundraising events.
The charity will contanue keeping the adtninÉstration costs as low &s possible by continutn8 three working days
for its employtt in 2023 but aimin8 to increase the hours of work in the nem v¢ar.
In 20?3, PTS continued in incr￿s[￿B awareness of disability sports aThd improve the image of parn athlete5, their
hard work and detennination through ￿Cial media plarf¢)rn)s. The Chariry invited one of its retired Pard Athl¢te
to tak¢ the role as Patron- tA)uise Huni-skelley PLY.
The Charity is aiming 10 COTLtinut providing the financial support for the athletes with the fvnds raised through
2023.
