Gain in fund5 £17.$34.48 As al 31 July 2025 the charity held a total of £296.135.00 in cash, of which £5,935.01 is restricted (the Elwyn Hopkin Scholarship fund). Of note.. While a surplus was shared from the IUSTI 2024 Sydney meeting, future congre55 organisers did not request any seed money in 2024125. We expect to pay out £30,000 for future congress support in 2025126. Subscription income was ￿duced by around a Ihird in 2024125 compared to 2023124 due to configuration error affecting autorenewals on our membership website This led to around 250 members receiving certificates staling they had full membership, and the membership system reporting they were full members, but in fact their accounts were never debited a membership fee. This error has now been corrected The Trustees have agreed significant capital investrnent of around £10k n our website and membership system, which has been awarded afier a competitive lender. Just under £5k was spent in 2024125. No direct award for scholarships were made in 2024125 although scholarships were awarded through the IUSTI 2024 congress budget. In the light of the surpluses shared from Sydney and expected from the Montreal meeting. the Trustees have agreed to fund £20.000 p.a. from 2025126 onwards for the next three years for meeting attendance from low and middle income countries. www.iusti.org
