This<br>provides many young people,<br>boys, girls, men and women<br>with their only regular<br>organised sporting activity.<br>2) The organisation of coaching<br>visits by (predominantly UK<br>based) volunteer rugby coaches<br>with the objectives of:<br>delivering equipment, training<br>our RDOs, introducing rugby to<br>new areas of the country,<br>supporting the RRF with their<br>development plans and<br>reviewing the activities of the<br>in-countryteam.|

The<br>RDOs support the development of<br>rugby in schools, clubs and<br>community groups in their Districts.<br>Fundraising activity has meant we<br>have been able to expand our team of<br>RDOs.  We are delighted to report<br>that we have received  signifcant<br>grant from Bill McLaren Foundation.<br>This will enable us to engage a further<br>cohort of primary school teachers,<br>with the support of the Rwandan<br>Ministry for Education, and to train<br>them as Tag Rugby coaches.  This will<br>enable us to further extend our<br>programme of work in new areas and<br>to integrate further with the national<br>curriculam. We will also be able to<br>expand our team of RDOs to at least<br>17 for thenext 2years.|

Responslbilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for Ihe preparation of the
accounts in accordance with Ihe requirements of the Charities Act 2011
l.the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under sertion 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515)(bl of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examinalion. I confimi that no material matters have
examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in. any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
