||waterways.<br>This can be lonely work so to||
||fulfil a duty ofcare to them the charity||
||organise a retreat once a year to provide|a|

||the volunteers.<br>This includes a time for them||
||to decide how they feel they can support|the|
||charity<br>in the advancement<br>ofits work in|the|
||year that follows.||
