Hidayah Centre Trust was founded in Great Britain under declaration of trust dated 7 February 2006
and is registered as a charity under number 1113114. The principal address of Hidayah Centre Trust
is 9 Haynes Road, Leicester LE5 4AR.
The objectives of the charity
The objectives of the charty are .' - to advance the islamic religion in accordance with the
teachings of the Holy Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (MBPU) and to advance
education in Urdu, Bengali and Gujerati.

Risk management
The trustees have a risk management strategy which indudes an annual review of the risks the
charity fa￿S and the establishment of systems and procedures to mitigate those risks and
implementstion of procedures designed to minimise any potential impact on charity should those
risks materialise.
Review of activities for the year
Hidayah Centre Trust reported a surplus of £24.453 (Defiat 2024.. £11.956) for the year.
The detailed results are set out in the attached accounts.
Reserves Policy
The trustees aim to ensure that sufficient funds are maintained to enable the charity to cary out
its activities.

Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of Hidayah Centre Trust
I report on the accounts of Hidayah Centre Trust for the year ended 31 March 2025, which are set
out on pages 3 to 6.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The Charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charitys trustees
consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144{2) of the Charities
Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to.. examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act.. to follow
the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission
under Secb'on 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act,. and to stste whether particular matters have come to my
attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance with General Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented wrth those records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees
concerning any such matters.The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts
present a "true and fair vi*, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement
below.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention.. i) which gives me
reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements to keep accounting
records in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Act: and to prepare accounts which accord with
the accounting records and comply wf(h the accounts'ng requirements of the 2011 Act, have not been
met; or
ii) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.

Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordan￿ with
the statement of Recommended Practi￿ - 'Accounting by Charities" (SORP), issued by the
Charity Commissioners for England and Wales.
Income
Income represents donab'ons received from donors, donations in kind. tuition fees and other
charitable activities.
