The objectives of the charity
The objectives of the charity are -
to advance the islamic religion in accordance with the
leachings of the Holy Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (MBPUI and to advance
education in Urdu, Bengali and Gujerali.

The trustees have a risk managemenl strategy which includes an annual review ol the risks Ihe
charity faces and the eslablishmenl of systems and procedures lo mitigate those risks and
implementation of procedures designed lo minimise any wtenlial impact on charity should those
risks materialise.

Hidayah Cenlre Trust reported a deficil of £11,95712023= £11.690) for the year.

Reserves Policy
The truslees aim to ensure that suff icient funds are mainlained to enable Ihe charity to carry out
its activities.

Independeni Examiner's Report to the Trustees of Hidayah Centre Trust
I report on the accounts of Hidayah Centre Trust for the year ended 31 March 2024, which are set out
on pages 3 10 6.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The Charily's trustees are responsible for the preparation ol the accounts. The Charity's Irustees
consider that an audit is not required for this year under seclion 144121 of the Charities
Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to.. examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act,. to follow
the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission
under Seclion 14515llbl of the 2011 Acl- and to state whelher particular matters have come lo my
attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report
My examinalion was carried out in accordance wilh General Direclions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kepl by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees
concerning any such malters.The procedures underlaken do nol provide all Ihe evidence that
would be required in an audwt, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounls
present a "Irue and fair view" and the report is limited to those matters set out in Ihe statement
below.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come lo my atlention= i) which gives me reasonable
cause to believe Ihal in any material respect the requirements to keep accounling records in
accordance with section 130 01 the 2011 Act- and to prepare accounts which accord with the
accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the 2011 Act, have nol been met;
or
ill to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.
