**Objects:** 1) THE RELIEF AND REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM LONG TERM ILLNESS AND TERMINAL ILLNESS AND THEIR PARENTS AND THE FAMILIES OF SUCH CHILDREN; AND2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE PROMOTION OF OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF SICK CHILDREN.

**Activities:** Sponsored Walks, Charity Ball, Art Exhibition, entertainment evenings.We are mainly based in North West & North Wales - children and families are giving the opportunity to have a holiday together through their difficult times - over the past 12years we have helped over 600 families with the majority going to centre Parcs -Sherwood Forest for a week all exspenses paid.
