Aziz Welfare Trust is a UK trust registered with the trust number 1113053
Trust objects
To provide free healthcare to the needy through 2 hospital in Khuiratta Paklstan.
Developments
Other aspects such as earthquake aftermath support, waterwell development as well as providing
education for the local people with projects in place to empower and build the communlty.
Accountlng and reporting responslbllltles
The trustees are required under the Charities Acl 1993 to prepare financial statements which give a true
and falr view of the charlty's flnancial activities during the year and Its financlal condltlon at the end
thereof. In preparlng the financlal Statements, the trustee5 have considered the followlng..
a) Select sultable accounting pollcies and apply them conslstently;
bl Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
c) Follow relevant accountlng standards and SORP;
dl Follow the policy of golng concern, if con51dered appropriate.
The trustees are responslble for keeplng accounting records whlch disclose with reasonable accuracy
the financlal conditlon of the charity and which enable them to ensure that the financial statements
comply wlth the appllcable laws and regulations. Trustees are also responslble for safeguarding the
assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detecllon of fraud
and other Irregularitles.
The trustees have delegated the management of the day to day affairs of the trust Including
maintenance of accountlng records and authof ised the off ice bearers to sign and submit the statutorlly requlred
financlal statements and returns to the regulatory bodies.

presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or dlsclosures In the
accounts, and seeklng explanatlons from you as trustees concernlng any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be requlred In an audlt, and consequently no
opinion Is glven as to whether the accounts present a 'true and falr, view and the report is limited to
those matters Set out In the statement below.
