**Free orthopaedic surgery camps were**

**Muhammad Khan. We continued our**
**humanitarian work this year and provided**
**relief to the poor and needy with a special**
**focus on rural areas.**
**Polio is still prevalent in Pakistan, with a**
**large number of cases with post-polio**
**deformities. We continued to treat polio**
**affected patients in collaboration with**
**Rotary International through their Karachi**
**branch. Funds were raised for 200**
**surgeries which were subsequently**

the health sector in Pakistan.
An increased amount of prosthetic limbs and
physiotherapy services were provided free of
cost to the disabled at the rehabilitation
centre in the Chiniot region. The centre
hugely benefited from limbs sent from the
UK.
Under resourced hospitals across Pakistan
were provided with furniture, equipment and
supplies.
Over 500 Orthopaedic surgeries, including
knee and hip joint replacement, were also
done free of cost for underprivileged patients
at hospitals in Karachi, Dadu,Tando| Muhammad Khan, Faisalabad and Chiniot. Stoma bags, medicines and medical imaging equipment were supplied to local hospitals in Karachi, Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir & Chiniot for cancer patients free of cost.
