We continued our**<br>**humanitarian work this year and provided**<br>**relief to the poor and needy with a special**<br>**focus on rural areas.**<br>**Polio is still prevalent in Pakistan, with a**<br>**large number of cases with post-polio**<br>**deformities. We continued to treat polio**<br>**affected patients in collaboration with**<br>**Rotary International through their Karachi**<br>**branch. Funds were raised for 200**<br>**surgeries which were subsequently**<br>**performed.**|

The centre<br>hugely benefited from limbs sent from the<br>UK.<br>Under resourced hospitals across Pakistan<br>were provided with furniture, equipment and<br>supplies.<br>Over 500 Orthopaedic surgeries, including<br>knee and hip joint replacement, were also<br>done free of cost for underprivileged patients<br>at hospitals in Karachi, Dadu,Tando|





Muhammad Khan, Faisalabad and Chiniot. Stoma bags, medicines and medical imaging equipment were supplied to local hospitals in Karachi, Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir & Chiniot for cancer patients free of cost. Food was distributed to the flood affected villages in the Sujawal areas of Sindh.
