**Activities:** The Nigerian Leadership Initiative exists to educate and empower a generation of highly accomplished and credible British-Nigerian professionals with the necessary knowledge, skills and motivation to provide effective values-based and communal leadership. NLI runs programmes and seminars in the UK that assume a transformative role in the future development of local communities.
