Para 1.20 | We ran songwriting/recording programmes for over 600 children and young people, across 60 schools and 10 youth centres in 37 different extra-curricular and holiday clubs. The children attended songwriting workshops and recorded their own songs, accompanied by specially composed backing tracks. Every participant was given the chance to: Gain new experiences and the freedom to express themselves. Build respectful and trusting relationships with colleagues and leaders. Learn new skills and explore their own abilities through creative activities. Acknowledge, celebrate, and defend their own and their colleagues’ excellence. Feel nervous, excited, confident, proud, satisfied, and safe. |
