**Objects:** The Objects of the Charity are, for the public benefit to promote and protect the health and wellbeing of the public and relieve those in need by reason of ill-health, disability or other disadvantage by: - providing, organising and promoting the education and training of case managers and those wishing to be engaged as case managers; - conducting, organising and promoting research into the science and practice of case management, with the intention that such research should be made available to the general public;  - promoting and supporting best practice and ethical standards in the practice of case management; and  - educating those involved in the delivery of relevant services and the general public in the science and practice of case management.

**Activities:** CMSUK is committed to the delivery of quality case management through standards of best practice while promoting the individual and collective development of case management throughout the UK.Taken collectively, the services offered by a professional Case Manager should enhance the quality of life for clients while potentially reducing the total overall cost of disability.
