**Objects:** (A) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE LIVING IN KETTERING AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY ACQUIRING BY DONATION AND DISTRIBUTING AT A NOMINAL PRICE TO PERSONS WITH LOW DISPOSABLE INCOME FURNITURE AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD GOODS WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.(B) TO PROMOTE THE CONCEPT OF RECYCLING AND RE-USE OF FURNITURE AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD GOODS(C) TO PROVIDE WORTHWHILE VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES.

**Activities:** Collection of unwanted good quality furniture resulting in savings to local authorities and the environment. Distribution of said furniture to needy local families, those on benefits or in low income brackets. the disabled and vulnerable  . Provision of volunteering opportunities offering rehabilitation into the  main employment stream and rebuilding of confidence to people who have had problems.
