requiremeftts of the Charitie8 Commission fot charitie8 of its size.
2 Two of the ttusteeg iticur much of the cbarirfs expenditute on its behal£ and seek texmbutsefftent from
time to time. These teimbutgetnents are reviewed and authorized by a trustee other thkin th08e incutring
the expenditure. In view of the frequency and amount of such expenditute the trustee 103tt account is
treated as if it wett a bank account, so that the charity's receipts atsd payments account reflects
expenditure by the trustees ill the year in which it was llkade, irrespective of when the ttus¢ee6 might be
reimbursed. This ptovides a faArer view of the chatirfs accounts on a receipts and payments basis. Th¢
maxAmum amount owed to the tm8tee8 during the year was £L969. The yeatrend balance was £237.
3 In additioft, the8e two trustees own the butlding partty occupied by the charity. The charity occupie8 Ats
