(Charity number 11128321 I'lhe Charty") for the year ended 30th September 2022. as set out on
pages CCXX R1 and CCXX R2. together wtth the notes attached to those accounts.

As the Charity's tnJstees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the requir6m8nts of the Charities Act 2011 {Yhe Charities Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carTied out under section 145 of
the Chaiities Act. In carrying OLrt my examination. I have followed the applicable DitBGtions given
by the Charity Commission under section 145 (5)(bl of the Charities Act.
