**Objects:** TO RELIEVE POOR PERSONS BY THE PROVISION TO SUCH PERSONS OF LEGAL AND ADVICE SERVICES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE OBTAIN THROUGH LACK OF MEANS; ANDTO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE IMPROVEMENT AND DIFFUSION OF KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICE OF THE LAW AND ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE HAVING REGARD ESPECIALLY TO THOSE AREAS OF LAW AND PRACTICE WHICH ARE OF CONCERN TO POOR PEOPLE AND WHICH ARE DIRECTED TO RELIEF OF POVERTY; ANDTO PROMOTE OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** We provide welfare rights and debt advice and casework assistance, and financial inclusion advice by home visit and telephone to Housing Association tenants in Merseyside, and to other residents of Liverpool, and training in welfare rights, debt and financial literacy to the general public. We also provide support to social housing tenants aimed at improving their financial confidence.
