**up at Funsani Home are working their**
**way through further education which we**
**help fund.**
**Over the years, Funsani Home has seen**
**its youngsters graduate from university**
**and go on to be nurses, electrical**

**In 2023, we welcomed new children into**
**Funsani Home, all of whom are now**
**enrolled and studying at local schools.**
**We continue to support our partner**
**school in Livingstone. In the financial**
**year reported, we supported with repairs**
**to classrooms to ensure the children**
**learn in a safe environment. We also**
**supported with repairs to the school’s**
**borehole system, ensuring access to**
**safe, clean water.**|

Review of the charity’s Para 1.21 During the financial year ending 30
financial position at the end August 2025, Funsani’s total income was
of the period £30,281, and its spending amounted to
£24,739. The charity’s principal source of
funds is private donations. It has not
engaged in any specific applications for
grants or fundraising activities in the
current year.
Statement explaining the Para 1.22 The Charity’s policy on reserves is to
policy for holding reserves generate and maintain a balance which is
stating why they are held sufficient:
a) to preserve the financial viability of the
Charity in the event that unforeseen
and/or unavoidable circumstance
precipitate a short-term fall in its income;
b) to enable the Charity, in the interests
of meeting its objectives, to undertake
from time-to-time the setting up of new
and innovative projects on a pilot basis
to demonstrate the viability and potential
benefits of such activities as a precursor
to securing the external funding
necessary to maintain such projects on
an on-going basis.
For these purposes the Charity will
endeavour to generate and maintain
reserves which cover at least six months
of operational costs.

Funsani Report to the trustees/ members of On accounts for the year 30[th] August 2025 Charity no (if 1112816 ended any) Set out on pages (remember to include the page numbers of additional sheets) I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30 / 08 / 2023.
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the Responsibilities and basis accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). of report
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to statement my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
