Activities
Ihsaan International built a primary school In Budbud Town in the Mudug Region of Somalia in January 2006 and pays for the salaries and the materials of the school. The organisation also paid for the construction of a hospital in the town in 2007 and another hospital in Bitaale District.
Objects: (a) To Relieve The Poverty And Unemployment Of Somali Refugees Who Are Residents In Greater Manchester And In The West London Boroughs Of Ealing, Brent And Hounslow By Providing Such Refugees With Free And Confidential Advice, Assistance, Counselling, Translation And Interpreting Services In Matters Such As Training And Employment, Education, Asylum, Immigration, Money, Debts, Welfare Benefits And Housing. (b) For The Public Benefit In Greater Manchester And In The West London Boroughs Of Ealing, Brent And Hounslow And In Particular For Those Members Of The Public Who Are Somalis Or Of Somalian Descent By Advancing Education Including But Not Exclusively The Provision Of English Language Classes, Advocacy, Advice And Support And By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Those Persons For Whom The Facilities Are Provided. (c) The Relief Of Poverty, Sickness And Distress Of Those Who Are In Need In Somalia In Such Ways As Might Be Thought Fit And In Particular, But Not Exclusively The Advancement Of Education, The Preservation And Protection Of Public Health And The Provision Of Clean Water.
