The work of this charity in 2022-23

We operated as a traditional bible believing Christian church. We also ran a heavily church subsidised community café and a free toddler group. We hosted a number of other churches meetings at no charge.

Activities and Objectives for 2022-2023

• Upgrading some of the PA system

• Acts of collective worship

Achievements and Performance for 2022-2023

During this time period the church the church has grown, and we have started some other Christian meetings, and raised money for other charities.

Priorities for the future include to make more use of the building and church resources. To share the gospel and reach out to the local community in accordance with their needs. We have now included a group for parents and toddlers and a community café, which have both proved very popular with the local community.

As the church has grown, it is noticeable that we are now struggling for space in the carpark and people are having to park on the main road. Whilst on street parking is available this is likely to become a problem with our neighbours, therefore over the next 12 months we will investigate increasing the capacity of the carpark.

Financial Review of 2022-23

The finances have held up well.

The statement of accounts for this period is provided at Appendix One on page 4 of this document.
