consider that the audit requirement of section 43{2} of the Charities Act 19931the Act) does not apply.
It is our responsibility lo state, on the basis of procedures spectfied in the Ger7eral Diroct¢ons gwen by
the Charity Commissioners under section 43(7llbl of the Act, whether partTr¢ular matters have ccxne to
our attention.

Our examination was carried out in accordance the General Directions gwen by the Charity
Commissioners. An examination Includes a review of the accounts.ng records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented wilh thos@ records.11 also includ8s consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations froffl you as the management
committee concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence
that would be required in an audit, and consequendy we do not express an audit opinion on the view

nurturing, educating and providing shelter to our 40 plus children. There is a great operalK)n in place
which makes the home run in a Smooth and efficiency manner.
