To support the development of the infrastructure of the health services in the North-East of Sri Lanka. To develop and fund public health projects in the North-East of Sri Lanka. To support the development of the primary healthcare in North East of Sri Lanka. To facilitate the health education and training in Sri Lanka and United Kingdom. Promote health awarness in British Tamil community.

The Charity's Objects ('The Objects') Areto Relieve Those In Need And To Protect And Preserve The Good Health Of Persons In The North And East Of Sri Lanka In Particular But Not Exclusively By:(i) Supporting The Development Of The Infrastructure Of Public Health Services; And (Ii) Developing And Supporting The Primary Health Services.
