**Objects:** (A) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITY OF WEST EUSTON AND ITS SURROUNDS ("THE COMMUNITY") OPERATING A TIME BANK AS A MEANS OF RELIEVING POVERTY, ADVANCING EDUCATION, RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT AND PROMOTING VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC;(B) TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY;(C) ENCOURAGING VOLUNTEERS TO CARRY OUT ACTIVITIES IN THE COMMUNITY WHICH FURTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES; AND(D) ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO VOLUNTEER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE WIDER COMMUNITY TO CARRY OUT ACTIVITIES WHICH FURTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND IN ORDER TO PROMOTE GOOD CITIZENSHIP."
