The promotion of positive mental health and support in recovery from mental or emotional distress by meeting the needs of the individuals, enabling them to make informed choices and take control of their lives.

Objects: 4. OBJECTS4.1 The only objects for which the Charity is established, principally (but not exclusively) within the area of Hertfordshire, are to:4.1.1 promote the preservation of good mental health, in particular by enabling and empowering any person experiencing mental health problems to live with, manage and recover from their condition;4.1.2 relieve the needs of people with mental health problems and those who support them by working to increase the understanding of mental health and mental health issues through gathering and disseminating information and working to raise awareness, promote understanding and challenge stigma and discrimination("the Objects")4.2 The Charity will promote the Objects for the benefit of those with mental health problems and the general public.
