The principal activity of the Charity was to build a sustainable village in the district of Galle in Sri Lank for tsunami victims and facilitates resettlement and to provide educational services.

Objects: To Relieve Poverty And Hardship And To Support Any Other Charitable Purpose As Deemed Appropriate For People Living In Sri Lanka Who Were Affected By The Tsunami Of 26 December 2004 By The Provision Of Funding For The Purpose Of Rebuilding Homes And The Infrastructure, In Particular For The Purpose Of Re-Building A Community To Be Called "Hampton Village - Sri Lanka".
