I report in respect of my examination of the Trusfs accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination. I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under sectlon 145(5Xb) of the Act.

The Charity has a tx)licy of retaining enough reserrfes each year to fund
the prepaid expenses of the fireworks events. All other fijnds are sought
to be donated to local tharities whtch the trustees and members of
