**Objects:** 1, TO PROMOTE, ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A MOBILE PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICE IN THE VARIOUS WARDS AND PARISHES OF THE MID-DERBYSHIRE AREA;2, TO MAKE TREATMENT AVAILABLE TO PATIENTS WHO ARE INCAPABLE OF ATTENDING HOSPITAL AND PATIENTS WHO IN THE OPINION OF THEIR DOCTOR NEED TREATMENT AT HOME.

**Activities:** To advance by all such means as are charitable in law, to promote, establish and maintain a mobile physiotherapy service in the various wards and parishes of the Mid-Derbyshire area and to make treatment available to patients who are incapable of attending hospital and patients who in the opinion of their doctor need treatment at home.
