Achiovements and perfomTrance
Significant activili&s andachi8vementS against objectives
2023 was a year of consolidahon. All the Societys Clubs now fin8lly fully functional and in addition to our regular

We will njn thi5 8s an annual ev8llt.
The Breakaway holiday club continue5 to thrive with holidays to Majorca. London, Torquay, Budins, Warners and a

provide outings and grants for adapted taxis to enable our PMLD oommunity to enjoy day trips oijt.
Our shop continues to raiso impressive amount8 of rnoney lor the Society and our grateful thanks go, a5 ever,
to the shop dir8Ctors and volunteers, especially lor their forbearance and good humour during the Ihr8e-rnonth
period at the beginning of the year speni in a 18mporary pop-up shop in the George M811 whilst we had the
asbestos rernov8d from the premlses at 16 Catherine Str88t.
We still need more Trustees for th8 SoNety and volunteers for the shop but we can now look forward to 2024 with
considerably fflore optirnism than has bèen available in past year5. With our clubs and activitiès now running prety
much as they should be, we are looking now to the next stage of the grand whth it to engage more wth the
loral community.

in 2024 with £362,47012022.. £324.7481 in bank assets at the year end.
As w8 rnOV8 fO￿ard into 2024 the Society is rnainlainlng a balance befv￿n In￿rn8 g8n8r8tion and pru¢Jènt

The Soci8ty continues to earmark £60.000 las a sustainably fund) and has also e3rmarked a further £60,000 for the
