**Objects:** TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND  APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF ORCHESTRAL MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC ORCHESTRAL CONCERTS; AND FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES OR FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.

**Activities:** A concert band based in Ashby De La Zouch of over 50 playing members with a wide age range.Rehearses weekly during school term times. Entry standard for playing members ABRSM grade 5 or equivalent.Holds 3-4 public concerts annually, many in collaboration with other charities.  Undertakes occasional tours.
