FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025
The Iru5tees present their report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in note 110 the accounts
and comply with the Trust's governing document, the Charities Act 2011 and the Stslement of Recommended
Pracli¢e, Accounting and Reporting by Charities" issued in March 2005.

The Trust was established by a charitsble trust deed on 18 Ntsvémber 2005.

The trustees would like to acknowledge the hard work and invaluable contribution of Mr Ismail Shaikh, Mr Shula
Shaikh and MrAbdul Malek to the charity. who have sadly passed away.
The tharpty is managed and administered by the trusteès, cf which there shall be no more than 7.
Thè trusteès are required to meet as n&cessary but at least for limes a year.
The trustees has assessed the major risks to whieh the Trust is exposed, and are satisfied that systems arè in
place to mitigate exposure lo the major risks.
Oblgctivgs and actrvitles
The Trust's objectives are to advance the 151amic tsith ￿thIn the Greater London by means of axclusive
charitable means from time to lime. The poli￿&S adopted in furtheran￿ of these objectives are the relief of
poverty, hardship and distress among members of Indian Muslim Communities by provision of financial or
material support determined by trustees and there has been no change in these during thè year.
Developments
Efforts are continuing to promote racial harmony within the community, by the conduct of lectures, meetings,
seminars and similar ftjnctions to encourage undèrstanding be￿een members of different faiths and races.
The trustees have paid due regard to guidanee issued by the Charity Commission in deciding what aclivitl8s the
Trust should undertak&.
The eharity has made lis hall available for th& community acling as an important hub to the community.
Achlevements and parfonnance
The charity has continued with rts efforts to serve the communty in the best way possible.
Financial revlew
The trusle8s ar8 satisfied with the finanaal performance of the chanty and the fin8ncRI position al the year end.

I report on the ac￿Unts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2025, which are set out on pages 4 to 7.

presented wth those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts,
and seeking Èxplanations ftom you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether
the accounts present a 'lrue and fair view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the $talement
below.

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards, the Stslemenl of
